1. General Engagement

AGE provides textile manufacturing services and wholesale product distribution globally. These terms govern all transactions made through our digital portal or via direct procurement contracts.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, loom patterns, and textile specifications provided by AGE remain the proprietary intellectual property of Amrita Global Enterprises unless explicitly transferred via a signed Intellectual Property Assignment agreement.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for technical perfection, AGE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from shipping delays beyond our control or fluctuations in raw material quality provided by third-party suppliers.

Privacy Policy

Your data security is paramount in our global operations. We collect data solely to facilitate international trade and improve logistics.

Data Collection

We collect business identifiers, including corporate tax IDs, shipping coordinates, and procurement history. We do not sell this data to marketing firms.

Security Standards

All transactional data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Access is restricted to authorized logistics and account management personnel.

Cookie Policy

Our platform uses "Essential Cookies" to maintain session integrity during high-volume wholesale ordering.

Functional Cookies

These allow our system to remember your technical specifications and preferred fabric catalogs across different browsing sessions.

Analytics

We use anonymized telemetry to understand which loom technologies and textile categories are garnering international interest to better scale our production facilities.

Wholesale Rules

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Standard production runs require a minimum of 500 meters per colorway or 200 units for finished garments, unless otherwise specified in the technical data sheet.

Payment Milestones

50% upfront deposit is required to initiate raw material procurement. The remaining 50% is due upon Bill of Lading (BOL) generation for international shipments.
